Super Club Breezes Bahamas 04/01/03

My husband and I just returned from Breezes and it was everything we had hoped it would be. The rooms are nice although the balcony's are just a one foot ledge that you can not stand on - it's just a sliding glass door that opens. The pools are nice - but just has one bar that is very busy during the middle of the day. The grill at the pool is great - we loved the fish and chips. The towel girl was soo nice every day. The band with Funky D is very versitile and we enjoyed them most nights. There is a trapeeze and and climbing wall that is also quite entertaining. Dinner was served on the beach one night while we were there and is was quite good. The two reservation restaurants were also very good and both had excellent food and service. It gets a little loud at night if you happen to be one that likes to go to bed before midnight. We found it was easier to just stay down in the club and go with the flow. The beach is beautiful and there is always plenty of chairs and the staff is everywhere keeping things tidy. There is free scuba lessons and watersking every day. The Toga party is a must do. Continuous activities all day at the pool area. The entertainment staff is doing something all day from around 11:00 until midnight.

For the money, this is a nice place to go - and they really mean it when they say NO tipping. The bell man that brought up our bags -would not take a tip. He reminded us that EVERYTHING is included - even the transfers from the airport. We plan to visit other Breezes properties in the future.
