Earlier someone posted a message abotu how easy it was to buy "grass". My questions are 1) Is it actually legal? ( I think not)
2) How strict are the local police
about the sale of Grass?
I'm not a big pot head or anything, it's been years since high school so I thoiught I'd try it again. I guess the main question is is it fairly easy to buy one joint from someone and not worry too much about being caught. Please, no anti-drug messages. I'm a 35 year old father who doesn't even drink much and the kids won't be with us anyhow.
