My wife and I just spent a month at the Redwood and loved it very much. Good location to Marketplace, beach, bus. Redwood owners Jack and Shirley Eisner are very accommodating. Rooms are spacious, 50-channel TV (but who watches TV while in the Bahamas), and if you plan to stay for a while, the other long-termers are easy to get to know and friendly. About half of the units are filled with people who stay a day or three, while the other half plan to stay several weeks. At the Redwood, it's fun to watch the construction underway across the road, and equally fun to have breakfast on your private spacious porch out back.
As they say, "It's Better in the Bahamas."
