Only bad experience 2 years ago when hurricane close to Cuba caused high winds. That was only bad experience I've ever had. Still go and find November to be the best time. Downside of November is shorter days. Similar to Eastern Standard time, Sunrise at 7:00 am., usually dark by 6:30 pm. Evening temp 65. Nice quiet time to go!
