The runway has been finished for several years now. It is huge!
The terminal building is small and more practical than elegant, but more than adequate for the limited amoount of traffic seen.
I've seen little effect on resale prices, though the market has improved very slightly.
Have you looked at your new tax bill yet. My property just got revalued and the tax bill increased by ten-fold!
