This is true but approximate value should be no less than £10,000 sterling per acre if the land is ready to be built on.

Yes. The government are willing to welcome all sorts of tourism and income generation

As above, there are welcome signs being posted by the Government
I myself am interested in buying land on Great Exhuma and have chased through various land agencies.
