I have some land in Great Exhuma, about an acre and a half (bought by a relative in the 60's). I have never visied the Bahamas before but was curious of people's opinions on some of the following?

- Rough current day value (depends on exact location I guess).
- Is there much development going on, on the Island.
- If I were to develop the land myself? via the correct channels, how easy or difficult would this be.. what sort of complications might I come up against if any?

This might not be the correct place for this sort of posting, but I would appreciate any advice or suggestions of where I could find further info or advice on this subject..
