Hi Catherine,

You didn't mention which island you want to go to.

All the big hotels are probably the most popular for singles.

If you choose to stay on Paradise Island (Nassau, New Providence), then the Atlantis is a mega resort. If you are on a budget, then perhaps you can stay at Comfort Suites which allows guests to have all privileges at the Atlantis but you will pay less for your room and still be near the fun.

If you choose to stay on Cable Beach, Nassau, then I would suggest the Nassau Marriott or Radisson Cable Beach Hotel.

Superclub Breezes is a great all inclusive but I suppose it's mostly for couples, although singles go there too.

If you choose to go to Grand Bahama Island and Freeport then I would suggest The Lucayan (also known as Reef Village at the Lucayan).

Just look at all the Bahamas message boards and you'll find more positive than negative reports on these properties.

When you decide on a hotel, feel free to email me and perhaps I can send you info. on restaurants, activities and nightlife.

Nassau probably has more of a nightlife than Freeport, Grand Bahama. But keep in mind that the Bahamas does not have the disco nightlife of a place like Cancun, Mexico.

The Bahamas is laid back, and my favorite place to go.

Hope you will have a great vacation, whatever you decide.

best regards,

Carrie
